If there was a option to rate negative 1 million stars I would have. My service call started on Thursday April 7th 2016.

I was supposed to have a windshield and 5 other pieces of glass repaired. They spent almost 4 hours on one window!! then called in 3 other techs to come help! They toke all severely scratched not broken windows out of the car installed only three!!!

The fourth window right passenger window which was removed and upon trying to install the new window it was discovered the wrong window for the wrong car was ordered. The techs broke the four windows to try to retrofit the clamps from the old windows to a window that does not belong to the car!!!!!! When they this could not be accomplished they told me the window will be in the next day which was Friday the 8th and then the next day I was told the glass was coming from a shop on long island ( must long island on the other side of the country). Guess what on Monday no one called, no one followed up.

I called the Danbury office numerous times no one answered I kept being redirected to the main office!! Finally the main office got a hold of someone called me back like 2 hours later promised me the would be on Tuesday April 12th three techs called no one showed up.. excuses from no techs available to window was not on the morning truck or Window never ordered to we will call you back to come between 12 and 5. now its Wednesday April 13th and still no window on the door and my door panel still laying on the garage floor.

I did get a call from a gentleman in Houston Texas about an hour before writing this review and he assured me someone will call me tomorrow..

I sure hope someone calls and installs my window and in the mean time i will keep paying for a rental so My wife can take my children to school and she can go to work o This has a been one of the most expensive windows I have ever replaced. The funny part I am loser who paid them already for the job..

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $900.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Safelite Autoglass Cons: Companies that take your money and do not finish the job, Quality of the repair, That they steal my glass work, Did not do the job right, Response time for repair, Never showed up.
