I've talked to you guys twice the first time I was transferred three times for no reason. The second time I was told you ordered the wrong glass to replace in my vehicle. When I explained that I wanted the original manufacturer glass your customer service person was irritated and said they had already ordered another glass. I stated I wanted the original manufacturer on my first call. Yes I am a pissed customer and will never use your service again

Dissatisfied with phone and online system

Could not get connected to a local shop or real person. To ask a quote or schedule an appointment!! I drove to the hutch shop and got great customer service.

I paid online for a new windshield, so I could start working made the appointment on Saturday for Wednesday tech comes out put the windshield in the wrong truck he did my neighbors truck sends me a text saying that I need to do my own tent... I told him my truck has no tint realizing his mistake he told me he called it in to the office, and they scheduled for another windshield that Friday, so my problem is I feel like I just paid for a free windshield and I think I should be compensated for their mistake otherwise I just brought my neighbor a new windshield what do you think. Thanks

Did not get service

Can't get service at all and that ideal of make your request on line is a real bad ideal for all your potential customers is not good! Some of us still like to talk to live people to set up a service. But I'll just go elsewhere!

Need a new windshield

I had same windshield in last month for 350.00 dollars they tried charging me 532.00 dollars they got it down to 432.15 still way to much than last time I don't understand why this happened I think if I got the same windshield on same vehicle a month apart it should be the same price

All employees were exceptional and; service was great except for not cleaning out the glass and being charged for it. I'm not mad just ask that the employee's be attentive to what they are doing. Thank you for service!

Chargedtwice for one windshield

I paid at the time of service 475.17. I called the office because the mileage was wrong on the receipt. I woke up to find I had been charged again, the amount of 502.16. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get customer service! The local office does not answer the phone. A customer service representative could not get them to answer. I have made 8 phone calls and have been hung up on, or get a covid message, then the ACD system hangs up.

Witness to reckless driving from a car of this company

While driving down Jackson rd. at approximately 12:30 on 06/02/21 I witnessed a driver with the license plate number of 7SND687 recklessly driving. The gentleman has long hair and was swerving between the road and using passing lanes inappropriately.

Poor service

To whom this concerns, My son Hunter McGregor who is 17 had a water leak in his Volvo on the passenger side. It looked to him, it was coming from the bottom passenger side front windshield. So he took it down to Safelite Autoglass at 420 37th St NW Auburn WA 98001 to have it looked at. They did not do a water test to see if it was actually leaking. Just told him yes it needs a new window, when it had no cracks or chips or anything. They charged him $400.00. 2 weeks later after heavy rain woke up to go to work and had 2inches of water on the passenger floor. Took it back down they said nope windows good probably sunroof. That is when he took it to Auburn collision they took excellent care of him. Cleaned out his sunroof drains and took out his seats and carpet dried everything and put back. Cost him $800.00. Then a few days later again more water same spot. Took it back down to Auburn Collision no charge kept it a few days they found out that Safelite Autoglass never put back the squirrel cage and water was pouring in damaging car. Auburn Collision put everything back together dried the carpet again free of charge for Safelite Autoglass's mistake. Also found razor blades left there as well. I feel that my son was taken advantage of told he needed a new windshield when he did not need one and caused him more money for water damage that was caused by Safelite.

After having my windshield replaced by Safelite I noticed that things were not working on the car however I did not put it down to the fact that I just had the windshield replaced by sSafelite I notice these things within a couple of weeks of each other and wondered what was going on with the car then I took it to my mechanic in New York.

Not working automatic lights automatic windshield wipers door locks and a couple of other things I cant think of right this second it never occurred to me that it was due to Safelite replacing the windshield shield after Talking to my mechanic in New York he informed me that they had cut through the wiring that control the locks windshield wipers automatic lights everything thats wrong with the car now he said it was going to be a minimum of 10 hours labor to fix these problems so Im now waiting for Safelite to come and decide whether or not it was their fault however I made it perfectly clear that they were going to fix it or they would hear from my attorney.So I will let you know what happened.As of now the manager at Safelight had said hed fix everything after I got an estimate from Mercedes Benz which I do Ive called them three times and still not received a call back from these people. Every time I attempt to reach the headquarters in Ohio it somehow sends everything back to the local offic. If there is anyone who has access to a phone number or email to the head office please let me know.

Safelite Autoglass - DAMAGED CAR
Had my windshield replaced. Once we used the vehicle after 24 hours we noticed tons of scratches. All consistent. We have talked to our insurance company and safe lite. They are coming out tomorrow to look at our vehicle. They stated they take before and after photos. Well I explained our garage doesn't have good lighting so they wouldn't be able to see them with a camera unless they were up lose with light. We will see if they cover the damages.
