Overcharged bill higher than quote on email, incorrect billing twice for the same job, did not return calls for faulty service.Broke rear view mirror and did not follow up with customer for repair.
Customer service very poor, customer service refused to allow me to speak with their supervisor, did not return phone calls, failed to call customer prior to reschedule mirror repair. When rescheduling final repair safelite scheduled a 9 hour block in retalliation to previous complaint to further inconvenience me as the customer and still never called to verify appointment for an installation of a plain no wire rear view mirror.
When called to complain about lack of service information and billing they rerouted my calls to my insurance in hope I would hang up and get discouraged.Do not trust safelite glass!!!
