I had a windshield crack and talked to an incompetent customer rep and asked to talk to a supervisor, that rep transfer me to a supervisor, joe kopchu from columbus ohio safelite call center, he was very rude, didn't want to listen to my problem at all and just hang up the phone. he told me that fixing my windshield is none of his business, he has other customer waiting for him. i was very angry, why should we deal with rude people like this, i called again and got to talk to a nice lady in arizona or something
